Join us if you want:

  • To apply a standardised cardiac CT workflow for redo TAVI (TAV-in-TAV) planning, including identification of the index transcatheter heart valve, assessment of aortic root anatomy, and selection of appropriate transcatheter valve type and size
  • To interpret pre-procedural CT findings to identify anatomical predictors of procedural success and complications, including coronary obstruction risk, sinus sequestration, commissural alignment, coronary access, and the need for adjunctive techniques such as Basilica or coronary protection
  • To develop comprehensive CT-based procedural strategies through hands-on case analysis by integrating anatomical measurements, device-specific considerations, and evidence-based planning principles to optimise outcomes in complex redo TAVI procedures

  • To apply standardised cardiac CT acquisition and post-processing techniques for comprehensive pre-procedural planning of transcatheter mitral valve replacement, including accurate mitral annular segmentation, device sizing, and anatomical assessment across native and transcatheter mitral interventions
  • To interpret multimodality CT findings to identify anatomical predictors of procedural success and complications, including neo-left ventricular outflow tract obstruction risk and patient selection for native TMVR, valve-in-valve, valve-in-ring, and valve-in-mitral annular calcification procedures
  • To integrate hands-on CT case analysis into clinical decision-making by developing comprehensive procedural planning strategies and recognising key post-TMVR imaging findings that influence procedural outcomes and longitudinal patient management
