Service program components:
Annual visit A Pie Medical Imaging representative will pay an annual visit to your organization. The representative will (re)train your staff, install the most recent software updates and answer any of your questions regarding the software. An assessment will be made to evaluate whether the software is properly installed and functions correctly. After the visit our representative will send a detailed written report about the findings of the assessment.
Software updates By participating in the service program you will always have the most recent versions of CAAS and 3mensio available in your organization.
Training and e-learning The service program includes annual on site (re)training and online e-learning on our academy. Our specialists will train you in the use, functionalities and possibilities of our software.
Audit support We offer documents which will support you during a quality audit. One of our specialists will assess whether the software has been correctly installed at your organization. Afterwards, you will receive a detailed written report about the findings of the assessment. If necessary, the customer is advised on corrective actions.
Scientific support If you wish to present the results of a trial at a conference, our team can assist you with slides and demonstrations on the methodology of the CAAS and 3mensio software.
Data handling support Results calculated by the software can be exported in various formats. Pie Medical Imaging has in-house dedicated specialists who can assist in setting up optimal data handling.
