For whom?
The Business Partner Program is developed for parties interested in selling, distributing or integrating the CAAS and/or 3mensio software, and offering their customers the best in class quantitative analysis software for cardiology and radiology. The levels of possible cooperation are:

Integrators

PACS (viewer) manufacturers who are seeking an add-on to their product offerings

Distributors or resellers

Medical supplies distributors with an understanding of, and network in the field of cardiology, radiology and vascular interventions

Intermediaries

The intermediary can provide leads, after which Pie Medical Imaging will carry out the sales process

Program Components

Training

By means of training we broaden our partner’s knowledge on cardiovascular analysis with CAAS and 3mensio. Proper product training enables our business partners to improve their sales track, increase their sales figures and decrease customer support questions and support effort. The training courses vary in content and range from product training and basic heart and vessel physiology, to emphasizing the unique selling points of our products. Training can be arranged on-site, by means of web sessions, or in your own time and pace online with e-learning courses via the Pie Medical Imaging Academy

Support

The Pie Medical Imaging helpdesk assists our partners when they come across CAAS operating and technical problems. Our product-specialists are at your disposal to answer your questions

Pie Medical Imaging offers the following technical support:

  • Service and support helpdesk by telephone (CET office hours), fax and email
  • Dedicated product specialists with broad knowledge on system operations and in depth product knowledge
  • First reaction a.s.a.p. and within 2 business days at the latest

Technical support on PACS integration

PACS companies can add functionality to their customers by offering them the CAAS and 3mensio software products as an addition to the PACS viewing station. Also medical device producers can integrate the software into their imaging systems.

The software can be integrated by means of a command line structure with most of the modern PACS systems and medical devices. To establish connectivity with your system Pie Medical Imaging will provide the necessary documentation for the command line strings
